    Ok, I have no idea why this location has a 2-star rating but we came here on a Sunday afternoon and had an awesome experience.

    Everything we ordered was hot, fresh and tasty. The service was excellent, prompt/responsive.

    The spicy wings didn't seem as spicy as at other BWW locations, but the wings overall were great.

    We'd definitely come back to this location if in the area & craving some wings.

    Buffalo Wild Wings -should- be a go-to spot. They have a plethora of TVs, comfortable seating, and lots of space. But the food and service flat out suck, time and time again.

    During my latest visit, I ordered nachos and a boneless wing platter.

    The nachos, which were supposed to be my appetizer, took an hour to make. Repeated follow-ups with my server were answered with "they're coming out soon". They don't use real cheese, they use cheese whiz. Within 15 minutes, the entire tray was a soggy mess of tostitos and liquid processed cheese...yuck.

    The boneless wing platter was okay, though their "coleslaw" is some mess...I mean mix of celery and carrots, probably to streamline ingredients since they serve their wing baskets with celery and carrots. As you can imagine, the coleslaw was barely edible and quite lazy.

    Went for dinner last night with friends, 6 of us in total.
    Food was state and hot but the wait staff was slow, they missed our gravy order and messed up one of the orders.
    This place need to have more attentive staff.

    Got seated, then never saw another employee of the restaurant again. Waited over ten minutes, and no one even took our drink order. It was far from busy. We eventually left, and nobody noticed. Brutal.

    This is the second time I came this location and I've had issues. The first time I came it was actually my birthday and I was really in the mood for wings. They sat us down and took our order after about 20 minutes and we didn't get our food for another hour. They try to compensate us by taking a few bucks off but that didn't really matter because our service went to shit. The second time we visited they turned us away from the door because again they were understaffed and they said we would have to wait at least 30 minutes before being seated.  We decided to leave and will probably
    Never be back because of the service.
